First worked at J.P. Morgan, William is now with UBS covering cash equities and equity derivatives. He specializes in Sales & Trading, Private Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, and buy-side.

After interning in DCM and Restructuring as an undergraduate, Olivia worked at Bank of America and Citi Corporate Banking. She focuses on coverage and specialises in Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking.

Most importantly, we offer insights into whether your dream offer provides the lifestyle you actually want in the long run.

Layout of Career Plan

We’ll together map out how you can achieve the goal. We identify internships and skills you need to acquire. For example, we start out by assisting you in seeking relevant internships from small firms. We let you know directly the most important things you should learn to ace interviews. 

 

CV & Cover Letter

​

Each bank or consulting firm has different screening criteria. We tailor your CV and Cover Letter not only to maximise your chances of passing screening but also to show your relevant achievements to interviewers, thereby convincing them that you will be able to do the job well. 

 

Interview Preparation

​

CV, motivational, behavioural, technical, markets and cases. These include how to extract events from your past internships to demonstrate your experience and qualities, answer the trickiest questions, form a sensible market view and stand out at case interviews.

We offer two types of programs for students who are at different stages of their career exploration journey. 

Hotel Desk Check-In

STANDARD PROGRAM

Fee Structure

 

Charges in the form of non-refundable monthly instalments, HK$4,000/month for a 6-month contract and HK$3,500/month for a 12-month contract. No additional charges will be imposed upon any offers pursued by the student. 

 

Coaching Period

 

Choose between a 6-month or 12-month contract. The contract is renewable.

VIP PROGRAM

Fee Structure

 

Charges 65% of total compensation over the internship period of any paid internships pursued, and 2x the monthly salary of the graduate offer pursued. No upfront payment is involved. 

 

Coaching Period

 

The completion of the contract is denoted by the student paying off the coaching fee for their graduate job. Given that, the coaching period typically lasts for two to three years.

CONSULTATION CALL

Fee Structure

 

Charges $500 - $1000 per call depending on the content required. Discount would be granted for bulk purchase. No upfront payment is involved. 

 

Coaching Period

 

One-off Consultation call is flexible based on the student's needs. No other obligation is required. The content of the call would be decided by the student. Typical examples would be Career Path consultation, CV Review and Interview Prep.
